Unit selection

We are not surprised to see all sea view units fully booked. We was so sad to see the units we aimed one by one got booked :( even slept at 4am to discuss on our backup plan for our target unit. Our appt in the Afternoon and our most wanted unit got booked in the Morning 10am. Fortunately we still managed to get a decent unit after so much disappointment :D paid $2000 for option fee to booked the unit and we have to submit all our income documents within 1 week for grant application. I will keep updating once we sign the lease, ok :)
